Vegan Chocolate
Finally! I managed to make home made vegan chocolate, after a few attempts. This recipe is the work of Healthy Vegan Recipes, so thanks for that. I used the recipe as a base, and added some own ideas. I also halved the recipe, it makes around 10 bits of chocolates or a smaller bar. (I used a chocolate mold with little hearts).
Ingredients:
3 tbs coconut oil/butter
4 tbs sugar (has to be powdery sugar, or it will burn and ah… my first three attempts ended this way. Some people say you can use agave nectar, but I found the agave nectar and the rest of the ingredients split).
2 tbs cocoa powder
Flavouring/filling (if you want)
pepper mint oil
nut butter
To do:
1. Heat the coconut oil/butter in a pot on low heat until it becomes liquid oil.
2. Add the sugar and cocoa and stir until it’s well mixed.
3. Pour into chocolate mold or a baking sheet covered tin of choice.
4. Put in the fridge and leave to set for about 30 minutes.
Ingredienser:
3. Blanda väl.
4. Häll i form.
5. In i kylen i ca 30 minuter tills det stelnat.

Gosh, this looks marvellous ! I’m so loving it! =D
Great!
I’m making these soon!
